Octavian, 44-27 BC. Quinarius (Silver, 15 mm, 1.62 g, 12 h), brockage mint error, uncertain mint in Italy (Brundisium or Rome?), 29-27. CAESAR IMP VII Bare head of Octavian to right. Rev. Incuse of obverse. Cf. BMC 647, Cohen 14 and RIC 276. Nicely toned. Three banker's marks, otherwise, very fine.
